1. Service Description

TranslateKaro provides AI-powered document translation services. Users upload PDF documents and receive translated versions in English.

2. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload documents that contain illegal content, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Pricing is displayed before you confirm a translation. If a translation fails due to a system error, a full refund will be issued automatically. Refunds for completed translations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of documents you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content. Translated output is provided for your use and is not stored beyond the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

TranslateKaro is provided "as is" without warranty. AI-generated translations may contain errors. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including translation inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying translation quality for critical use cases.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
